Amy Gunderson, of Oakdale, said she started noticing that Target stores weren't redeeming her coupons to the full amount. A camera crew from a local station actually documented it during one of her shopping trips!
I cannot say I have had the experience of a lesser amount of my coupon coming off my transaction, but more so that it never came off at all. It's important to always read your receipt, but sometimes they can get complicated o read, so more important to follow the register as it takes off your coupons.
